Few farms at a time

Support is carried out in the field and over time. The House takes on few farms at a time, to follow each one closely.

Once the places are taken, further requests go on a waiting list or to the following season.

This is what makes it possible to hold the standard, to stay present on our own plot and to commit fully to each farm we support.

Supporting you is not pushing you to consume; it is giving you consistent access to these tools.

Discounts reserved for the clients we support

The Hotline Pack entitles you to –10% on the Pinnacle Garden range (fertilizers, amendments, technical inputs) for twelve months, excluding promotions and resale products.

The Production Strategy Session entitles you to –15% on the first order, then –10% on the following ones.

Within a Season-long support or a Mentoring program, the discount rises to –15% on the Pinnacle Garden range for the whole duration of the program.

What these terms are, and are not

they are not combinable with other discounts;
they always leave prices above those granted to the range’s distributors;
they are designed to align advice, inputs and results, without devaluing the work or the products.

Frequently asked questions

How do I book a video-call session?

You order the session on this store — Video Consulting Session – 60 min or Production Strategy Session – 90 min. After payment, you receive an email to set the time slot, and a short form to describe your situation and attach a few photos if needed.

What should I prepare before the appointment?

Your three to five main questions; the basic information — location, soil type, crops, recurring problems; a few sharp photos of your soil, your plants and your facilities.

Does the Production Strategy Session include a laboratory soil analysis?

No. It is an agronomic diagnosis, based on the history of your plots, your practices, your observations — photos, videos — and the visible state of the soil and plants. The House does not carry out laboratory soil analyses. If you already have analyses (laboratory, cooperative), we integrate them and help you interpret them; otherwise, where relevant, we tell you which type of analysis to request and how to use it.

Do I have to use Pinnacle Garden products to work with the House?

No. But for a consistent living soil and reproducible results, working with inputs we know is more effective; that is why the clients we support benefit from dedicated terms on this range.

What happens in case of cancellation or rescheduling?

Up to 48 hours before the appointment: rescheduling or cancellation free of charge.
Less than 48 hours before, or in case of no-show: the session is due, except in duly justified cases of force majeure.
For support programs by quote — audit, season, design, mentoring — the terms are those of the quote. Your fourteen-day right of withdrawal also applies (Terms of Sale, articles 9 and 10).
