Right of withdrawal

Our terms are written in French; the French version prevails.

You have fourteen (14) days to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving any reason and without bearing any costs other than those of returning the goods, in accordance with the French Consumer Code.

The period runs from the day on which you — or a third party you have designated — take physical possession of the goods. For a consulting service, it runs from the day the contract is concluded.

How to exercise this right

In every case, an acknowledgment of receipt is emailed to you, stating the content and date of your statement.

Return and refund

You send the goods back, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after your statement, to the address above. The cost of returning them is yours. We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than fourteen days after being informed of your decision — the refund may be withheld until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is the earliest.

When the right does not apply

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery: a pouch of flowers whose seal has been broken is not taken back. Nor does it apply to a consulting service fully performed before the end of the period, where performance began with your express consent and your waiver of this right.
