Goal
  • Clarifying how to produce: how much, how, at what level of quality, with which acceptable trade-offs — in light of your financial, human and technical constraints.
  • This is not about selling a dream or a generic solution, but about building a realistic production plan that takes into account your living soil, your climate, your equipment, your time and your personal constraints.
  • This session does not include a laboratory soil analysis: it is an agronomic diagnosis, based on the history of your plots, your practices and your observations. If you already have analyses, we integrate them and help you interpret them.

  • CBD hemp growers in open fields or under cover, already established, who want to step up: quality, consistency, volumes.
  • Projects getting started that don’t want to lose their first season to poor choices of areas, densities, cultivars or drying.
  • Farms that feel they improvise every year, without a real production strategy.
How it works
  1. After the order, you receive an email to propose your availability and a short context form: area, climate, equipment, experience, goals. To prepare the appointment, we ask you for a presentation of your project — explanation, history, photos, plans and, where applicable, your social media.
  2. The session lasts ninety minutes, by video call.
  3. Depending on your situation, we work on: the season’s goals — overall volume, number and frequency of batches, target range level; cultivar choices consistent with your terroir and your market; planting densities, row organization, height and width management; the allocation of areas — micro-batches, trial plots, safety plots; the organization of work over the season — peak loads, pruning, irrigation, nets, harvest; a drying and curing strategy compatible with your real volume.
  4. Work on your specific case, not a general course.
What you receive
  • A clear trajectory for your season: what to produce, how and why — with operation dates, foreseeable problems and their remedies: weather, lack of water, late-season humidity.
  • Committed technical choices — density, cultivars, areas — instead of a mix of vague compromises.
  • A better match between the quality level you aim for and the means you deploy.
  • After the session, a written report: the key points and three to five decisions to make or actions to launch — a reference document to adjust from afterwards, with or without further support.
Cancellation and rescheduling
  • Up to 48 hours before the appointment: rescheduling or cancellation free of charge.
  • Less than 48 hours before, or in case of no-show: the session is due, except in duly justified cases of force majeure.
